T.O.P.S. Inc. enjoys a very loyal customer base. We want to extend a warm “Thank You” to each end every customer who has given us an opportunity to earn their business over the years! We feel our success has been the result of our quality products, quick service, and competitive prices.
When it comes to competitive prices, we have noticed some of our competitors tend to, what we call, “cherry pick”. They do this by quoting excessively high prices; yet once they find out there is a competitor quoting, they miraculously drop their prices; sometimes upwards of 40%. Fortunately, many OEM’s and Distributors are not naive enough to fall for these parlor tricks, furthermore frown upon these transparent sales tactics.
The T.O.P.S. philosophy is to offer very competitive prices EVERY TIME! We practice this on “every” quote request we receive and take this stance because we feel this approach is the right thing to do! Our customers deserve our loyalty, giving them the best price each and every time, allowing them to maintain a competitive position in the marketplace.
That being said we know competition is indeed, “competition”! Because of this, T.O.P.S. Inc. is offering a guarantee to our loyal customers: Should by some reason any competitor offer a more competitive price on ANY of the below product lines, we will beat it by 10%, no questions asked!
