What is this “KING HOG” elevator bucket?

T.O.P.S. Inc. has received numerous calls over the months asking “What is this KING HOG bucket?”, so we decided to put a pen to ink, and explain its concept.

Through years of studying the industrial market and listening to customer requests, T.O.P.S. discovered a need for a tougher, better performing AA and AC style cast iron elevator bucket. This “need” moved us into engineering an elevator bucket that will fill this void. We call this new addition to our “HOG” line of elevator buckets the “KING HOG”!

We engineered the “KING HOG” elevator bucket with the following:

• True AA and AC designs for optimum discharge.

• Thicker corners, wear lips and back walls, giving increased bucket life.

• Manufactured in Ductile Iron for the best impact and abrasion resistant physical properties.

The “KING HOG” is available in 7”, 8”, 10” and 13” projections. We chose to offer these sizes first, because we know they belong in larger bucket elevators where performance is critical and downtime can result in thousands of dollars.

Now that our series of “KING HOG” AA and AC Style elevator buckets are in the market, GONE ARE THE DAYS of industrial bucket elevator operators settling for industrial buckets that pretend to be up to the task. OEM’s and Distributor’s now have the choice to provide their customers with industrial elevator buckets that set the new standard for toughness and performance.

Simply stated, T.O.P.S has spared no expense in engineering the “KING HOG” to be what we call, the toughest and best performing AA and AC style ductile iron elevator buckets on the market today! We are so confident in our product, we challenge any customer who is running another brand to run a test.
