CC-B Style Fabricated
Agricultural Service Elevator Buckets

CC-B Style elevator buckets are designed to be used in high speed centrifugal discharge bucket elevators running belt. The CC style bucket is the most widely accepted grain style elevator bucket in North America due to its discharge characteristics. Designed with four breaks in the bottom, straight sides and ears; this allows discharge of the widest range of products at the widest range of elevator speeds. Typically, CC buckets elevate fluffy or free flowing materials where high speed discharge is required.
Typical Products Elevated:
Barley, Beans, Corn, Feeds, Fertilizer, Flour, Grains, Milling, Nuts, Pellets, Rice, Salt, Seeds, Sugar as well as many others……

Why Use “Water Level 10%” Capacity for Engineering Purposes?
T.O.P.S. Inc. recommends using “Water Level 10%” capacity on all agricultural style elevator buckets for “real world” engineering. Agricultural products have various angles of repose due to their free flowing nature, causing product to form a mound in the elevator bucket when loaded; also known as Water Level 10%. This calculation allows for a more accurate, yet still conservative elevator bucket rating and has been in use for many years among engineers and bucket elevator manufacturers worldwide. Please don’t hesitate to contact T.O.P.S. Inc. for engineering recommendations.
